Lebogang is a senior associate in the Competition Practice. He has several years' experience in competition law and mergers and acquisitions.

Lebogang co-ordinated organised business' response to government's guidelines for the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and represented organised business in the initial discussions that led to the amendments to the Competition Act.

  • Acted for FirstRand and Momentum in the ZAR30 billion merger of Momentum Group Limited and Metropolitan Holdings Limited and the subsequent unbundling by FirstRand of its shareholding in the merged entity.
