Incompetent bosses' days numbered

Nick Robb, a partner at Webber Wentzel was quoted on in an article that reviewed the proposed amendments to labour laws approved by cabinet last week.

Robb commented specifically with regard to the amendments to the voting requirements of workers before they are allowed to strike and stated they he felt they had been “watered down”. He said that if workers don’t comply it won’t affect the authenticity of the strike or change striker protection.
