The department, which forms part of Corporate Services, comprises of Media and Entertainment, Technology, Telecommunications and Broadcasting Regulatory, as well as Sports and Arts Law Teams. It provides advice on a range of legal issues including Telecommunications, Cellular Telephony, Data Protection and Privacy, Traditional Print and Publications, Broadcasting, Computers and Information Technology, Television Production and Distribution, Radio, Film Financing, Music, Advertising, Sponsorships, Copyright, Sportsperson's and artists contracts, Restraints of Trade and Unlawful Competition.
