Daniel is a partner and head of the Insurance and Legal Liability Practice at Webber Wentzel. He obtained his B Proc from the University of Pretoria and was admitted as an attorney in 1983.
He specialises in all aspects insurance law; with particular emphasis on aviation, products liability, professional indemnity, directors' and officers' insurance, financial lines and engineering and construction claims. He advises on liability and coverage disputes and has been recognised as a leading expert by several industry directories.
