Nick Robb is a partner in the Employment, Health & Safety Practice at Webber Wentzel.

Nick is an expert in employment and labour law, and employee benefits law.  He has extensive experience in dealing with corporate governance issues; conducting litigation, mediation and arbitration; employment issues flowing from mergers and acquisitions and the outsourcing of services, which includes transfer of employment; and the employment related aspects of business rescue proceedings under the new Companies Act.  His expertise extends to competition related employment issues, the conducting of forensic and disciplinary enquiries, and matters pertaining to pension funds and data protection.

Nick sat as an acting Judge of the Labour Court in 2012 and 2014 and was the National President of the South African Society for Labour Law (SASLAW) from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, he was the President of the Gauteng Chapter of SASLAW from 2010 to 2012.  He remained a member of SASLAW's National Committee until 2015.

Nick's expertise has been recognised by various international research organisations including Chambers Global, Legal 500  and Who’s Who Legal.

Nick has BA and LLB degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand.
