This area of work is growing and we have dedicated partners who concern themselves with disputes involving pension fund administrators, regulators, investment managers and other financial institutions.

By way of a recent example we secured an order setting aside a determination made by the Pension Fund Adjudicator relating to the issue of 'bulking' – a colloquial term for the practice of notionally grouping the funds of a number of pension funds together in order to obtain a more favourable interest rate.
