Deirdre is a partner in the Employment and Employee Benefits Practice. She completed her articles at Deneys Reitz. In 2000 Deirdre joined Leppan Beech Incorporated as a professional assistant.

Prior to joining Webber Wentzel in March 2010, Deirdre was a partner and shareholder at Leppan Beech Incorporated.
