Megan Jarvis is a partner in the Corporate Practice at Webber Wentzel.

She specialises in commercial and corporate law including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, empowerment transactions, rationalisations with a focus on clients in the mining and construction industries. Her experience extends to cross-border transactions and project management. Megan has substantial experience in the mining, infrastructure, construction and power projects including wind and solar projects in Southern Africa.

She is an admitted conveyancer.

Megan has BA and LLB degrees, with the highest honours, from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Maritime Law from the same institution and an LLM from the University of South Africa. Megan participated in a panel discussion with WiMSA and the Deputy Minister of Mines in February 2015 on the strategic imperative of shared value.
