Manus Booysen is a partner in the Corporate Practice at Webber Wentzel.

He has 34 years' experience and specialises in all aspects of mining, energy oil & gas and precious metals law. He also has substantial experience in corporate and commercial and black economic empowerment (BEE) law.  His experience includes all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, structuring and transactional advice, drafting and implementation of local and cross border transactions. He has expertise in supply and off take agreements of mineral products, regulatory law in the mining, oil & gas and precious metals fields and property law.

Manus advises a number of South African and international clients in the mining, energy, oil and gas, BEE and financial industries.

He is an accomplished international speaker on the topics of mining law. He is also an admitted notary and conveyancer and has served on the Minerals Committee of the International Bar Association's section on Engineering, Energy and Resources Law.
