Claire is a partner and head of the Employment and Employee Benefits Practice at Webber Wentzel. After completing her articles at Webber Wentzel in 2003, she was appointed as an associate in the employment law department.

Claire graduated with the degrees BA, BA Honours (with distinction) and LLB (with distinction) from the University of the Witwatersrand, and has completed her LLM (Labour Law) through the University of Johannesburg. Claire has also obtained a certificate from the University of the Witwatersrand in Advanced Company Law.
