Peter Grealy is a partner in the Technology, Media, Telecommunications & Intellectual Property Practice and head of the Commercial Practice at Webber Wentzel.

He focuses on all aspects relating to contractual law for media and technology and has substantial experience in general commercial agreements in respect of development, outsourcing supply and maintenance and systems acquisitions.

Peter regularly advises on regulatory environment pertaining to telecommunications and broadcasting, as well as on agreements relevant to e-Commerce and on-line banking.  He has been involved in cross-border negotiations, telecommunications interconnection and facilities leasing.  His expertise extends to defamation law and copyright law pertinent to the media and entertainment industry.

Peter is a member of the International Bar Association and the Corporate Lawyers Association of South Africa.

His expertise has been recognised by various international research organisations including Chambers Global, Legal 500, Who's Who Legal and Best Lawyers.

Peter has BA and LLB degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand.
