Kathy is a partner in the Banking and Finance Practice. She graduated with a BA (cum laude) LLB (cum laude) from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1992. Kathy practises in banking and finance and has experience in the areas of general banking and debt finance, syndicated lending, commercial property finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, preference share structures, BEE finance structures and general corporate and contract law.
Kathy has been involved in financing arrangements for a number of listed companies and their subsidiaries, acting on behalf of both borrowers and lenders, including syndicated lending transactions and related security structures.
