Labour Broking Ban Overturned

Deon Visagie, a partner at Webber Wentzel, was recently quoted in an article dealing with the ban of labour broking. The Namibian Supreme Court recently overturned a ban on labour broking implemented by the Namibian government. Deon was quoted saying "the Supreme Court judgment in Namibia would make the South African government take note about pursuing a ban on labour broking, as it could face a similar court challenge that might be dealt with by the Constitutional Court".
