Peter Leon, a partner at Webber Wentzel, was recently quoted in an article dealing with the power of the black mining elites, the changes to the mining charter and politics within the mining industry.
Peter was quoted saying "It depends how closely aligned they are to the former Mbeki administration, and where they stand in the pecking order".
