Dario Milo, a partner at Webber Wentzel, was recently quoted in an article dealing with the rights of journalists to protect their sources.  Dario was quoted saying "If the matter does end up in the courtroom, the court would have to balance the right of the journalists to protect their sources and the right of the police to investigate crime".
