We also regularly advise on mortgage foreclosures, judicial ship sales, and related commercial work, and on general corporate restructuring. We have extensive experience in cross-border transactions including traditional legal representation in the form of contract negotiation and drafting and business development in Sub-Saharan Africa and abroad, as well as appropriate deal structuring and transactional advice. We are also well known for identifying and mitigating associated risks in transactions and commercial agreements.
