A large retailer requested the assistance of the Legal Services Centre with the selection and implementation of a cost-effective and user-friendly virtual data room platform for use on a disposal transaction and the subsequent management of large volumes of data.

We advised the client on suitable platforms and provided comparative pricing. The client elected to use a platform internally managed by the Legal Services Centre.
