The Draft 2018 Taxation Laws Amendment Bill and Draft Tax Administration Laws Amendment Bill were released for comment by National Treasury on 16 July 2018 (the 2018 Draft Bills).

Consultations on the 2018 Draft Bills will take place in due course whereafter the bills may be revised before being tabled in Parliament, which is currently expected to take place during October 2018.
