​​​​​​​​​​​In view of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26), we fel​t inspired to compare and document key environment​al law and climate change related questions across 9 African jurisdictions and how they are applied in each country. The primary purpose of the assessment is to track the development of climate change legislation across the continent.

This cross-jurisdictional assessment unpacks 8 key questions across 9 African jurisdictions, namely: Botswana, Kenya, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe.​
