Competition Law Annual Review 2019/2020

​During 2019, competition law continued to spread across the continent with new legislation coming into effect, new authorities being established and increasing enforcement at both a domestic and regional level. Innovative, public interest focused provisions, unique to developing economies, are being introduced resulting in new and complex issues with potential implications for many industries.
