Directors Cross Border Guide 2022

​​​Webber Wentzel has contributed to Linklaters' cross-border guide for company directors, which provides an overview of the role and legal responsibilities of directors in 25 jurisdictions, including the powers, duties and liabilities of directors. Information included in the guide is generally in relation to the type of non-listed corporate entity most commonly used within a group in each particular jurisdiction.
