Webber Wentzel is excited to announce that the financial regulatory training sessions will resume from April 2022 with the below exciting changes.
Monthly case law and legislation training sessions
The Financial Regulatory team will host monthly training sessions, to assist you in staying abreast with recent legal developments in case law and legislation relevant to the financial services industry and your business.
The training is targeted at junior legal advisors and compliance officers of all financial institutions, although everyone within your business is welcome to join. Candidate attorneys and associates will present during these training sessions.

Date: Every first Thursday of the month from 7 April 2022.

Platform: Virtually via Microsoft Teams. A link to the training session, as well as the topics for discussion, will be circulated during the week of the training. You will not be required to RSVP for a training session.

Time: 08h00 - 10h00
- Attendance is free of charge.
Quarterly seminars
In addition to the monthly training sessions, the team will also host quarterly seminars about complex financial regulatory matters, legal topics of interest to the financial services sector and legislative changes and industry insights. The seminars which will be hosted by senior associates and partners, are targeted at all legal advisors (senior and juniors), compliance officers and business executives.
