Seminar discussion about the National Health Insurance

​​​On Friday, 17 February 2023, Webber Wentzel's healthcare sector, in collaboration with industry experts, hosted a robust panel discussion about the National Health Insurance.

The National Health Insurance Bill heralds significant changes to the public and private healthcare landscape in South Africa.

Joining the panel discussion were Dr Nicholas Crisp (NHI, National Department of Health), Sasha Stevenson (SECTION27), Dr Conrad Mashiloane (South African Medical Association, Private Practice) and Peter Wharton-Hood (Life Healthcare Group). The discussion was moderated by Webber Wentzel partner, Prelisha Singh.
