Social conversations: Embracing neurodiversity: beyond disability | SA FM

Brett Abraham joins SA FM Late Night Conversation with Patricia Ntuli to discuss the concept of neurodiversity and how it relates to biodiversity and disability. Neurodiversity advocates that society generally would benefit from recognising and developing the strengths associated with certain neuro-developmental disorders as opposed to the stigmas that are attached to it.

The conversation is about how to deal with neurodiversity in the workplace and what the code of good practice says and why employers should embrace employees living with it.
