Webber Wentzel introduces hybrid working policy

Webber Wentzel has introduced a new policy permitting qualifying employees to work remotely for up to two days a week, subject to operational requirements.

The policy will be subject to Covid-19 restrictions and will continue to apply after they are lifted. The policy applies to partners, senior associates and associates as well as various categories of business services employees.

“Our experience in adapting to the Covid-19 pandemic has proved that, although we are a people-focused business, we can continue to deliver a high-quality client service while working remotely,”

says Sally Hutton, Webber Wentzel’s Managing Partner.

“In addition, the ability to offer our people greater flexibility (where appropriate to their roles) on an ongoing basis is a powerful enhancement of our people value proposition. We will continue to refine this policy as we grow in our understanding and experience of what works best for our clients, our business and our people.”
