Before joining Webber Wentzel, Charles was a partner at DLA Piper, where he advised on complex corporate transactions across multiple jurisdictions. His expertise in company law, securities law, and corporate governance strengthens the firm's ability to support clients in the financial services, broadcasting, technology and consumer goods sectors.
Charles' expertise in navigating both commercial drivers and legal risks ensures that transactions are aligned with business objectives while complying with regulatory requirements. His specialised experience in stock exchange requirements, joint ventures, restructurings and Black Economic Empowerment transactions further enhances Webber Wentzel's capacity to assist clients in high-stakes corporate matters.
