Webber Wentzel had continued success at the 2020 African Legal Awards held on 17 September 2020, walking away with three wins and five "highly commended" honours.
The firm won Employment Team of the Year, Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team of the Year and M&A Team of the Year – ECM. Webber Wentzel also received a "highly commended" in each of the following categories: African Network/Alliance of the Year, Best Use of Technology, Energy & Natural Resources Team of the Year, Environmental & Renewables Team of the Year and TMT Team of the Year.
